The Meau is a round bowl made of mother-of-pearl and light beige shells, available in three increasing sizes. The addition of light beige changes the character of the round bowl: the iridescent play of light shifts from cool silver-pink to warmer gold-amber. The two types of shells alternate across the round surface — here a mother-of-pearl shell that refracts light into colours, there a light beige shell that adds warmth. The round focal point effect of the shape combines with the warmth of the beige to create a bowl that radiates and envelops light simultaneously.
