How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Sendcloud. We choose the most suitable
carrier for your order. You will receive a track & trace code,
so you can follow your package.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on weekdays before 3 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Delivery often takes place the next working day, depending on the carrier
and unforeseen circumstances.
What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time of your order depends on the carrier. In the Netherlands and Belgium, this is usually 1 to 3 working days. In other European countries, this is 3 to 5 working days. As soon as your order has been
shipped, you will receive more information about the expected delivery from the
carrier.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €75.00! For orders below this amount, we charge €7.95 per order.
How is my order packaged to prevent damage?
We pack all orders by hand and with the utmost care to ensure safe
delivery. Each order is carefully boxed, with
different types of void fill material, so your products arrive safely and undamaged
at your home.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Upon request, you can also pick up your order from us! If you are interested in this, please contact us at: info@blitzdeco.com.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
How annoying! We're sorry that your order arrived damaged.
Please email us within 48 hours at: info@blitzdeco.com and include a photo of the damage. We will then ensure that we come to a suitable solution together.
Do you also deliver abroad?
We deliver within the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France,
Italy, Luxembourg and Spain.
Pay
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL/Wero, Bancontact, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA bank transfer.
Is paying on your webshop safe?
Yes, absolutely! All payments are processed via Mollie, a reliable and secure payment partner. This means your personal and payment details are always processed securely, allowing you to complete your order without worries.
Can I pay afterwards?
Post-payment is not possible with us. No worries! You can easily and securely pay using the available payment methods, so your order can be on its way to you quickly!
What should I do if my payment failed?
Don't panic! First, check if your payment details have been entered correctly and try to pay again. If it still doesn't work, please contact our customer service at info@blitzdeco.com. We are happy to help you!
What if I haven't received an invoice or payment confirmation?
Sometimes it can take a while for the confirmation to appear in your inbox. First, check your spam or junk email folder. Still no luck? Please contact us at info@blitzdeco.com, and we will send you the invoice or payment confirmation directly.
Can I pay for an order with a discount code and/or gift card?
Yes, you can! During checkout, you can enter your discount code and/or gift voucher, after which the amount will be automatically adjusted. This way, you immediately benefit from your discount and can then check out safely and easily.
Is it possible to order for business?
That is certainly possible! Please contact us at info@blitzdeco.com for more information. We will then contact you personally to discuss your wishes.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is undamaged and complete so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
How do I register a return?
You can register a return by contacting us at info@blitzdeco.com.
Within 14 days of receiving your order. After registering, you have another 14 days to return the product, preferably in its original condition and packaging. Once we have received the product in good order, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
Are there any return fees?
In case of a return, the shipping costs are for your own account.
How should I package the product for return?
Package your product carefully so it returns to us safely. Preferably in the original packaging, otherwise in a sturdy box with some bubble wrap or filler material. This ensures everything remains intact and in perfect condition during transport.
Within what timeframe will a refund be issued?
Once your return has been approved and checked, we will ensure that you receive your refund within 14 days. This way, you can be sure that everything will be handled quickly and smoothly.
Can I also return large furniture?
Yes, of course you can! Large furniture can be returned under the same conditions as the rest of your order. Please ensure the product is safely packaged and returned within 14 days, so everything can be processed smoothly.
How do I know if my return has been received?
Once we have received and processed your return in good order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We will then refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method. If you have not yet received a message after this period, please feel free to contact us at info@blitzdeco.com.

What is the best way to maintain my product?
We advise you to carefully dust it with a soft cloth. Avoid water or aggressive cleaning agents, to prevent damage or discoloration of the materials.
How often should I clean the product?
Dusting once every few weeks is sufficient!
