Returns & Exchanges: How it works at Blitzdeco
Oops, is your new acquisition not the perfect match for your interior after all? No stress! At Blitzdeco, we don't make a fuss about returns. You have 14 days (after receiving your package) to decide whether you want to keep the item or return it.

Before you directly register a return: always send us an email or a message via chat first! Often, we can find a suitable solution together that will make you even happier. We're happy to think along with you!
How do I register my return?
Still prefer to return? It's very simple: send an email to info@blitzdeco.com. As soon as we receive your message, we will immediately send you the official return form. Fill it out and add it to your package, so we know exactly that the shipment is from you!

Costs & Shipping: The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. We strongly recommend shipping with a Track & Trace code. If the package gets lost somewhere along the way, we unfortunately cannot do anything for you without a code.

Condition of the item: We expect the items back in their original condition. If products are used, damaged, or incomplete (think of missing shells, beads, or other details)? Then we unfortunately cannot accept the return and cannot refund the amount. So make sure you examine the item carefully and pack it well!

Customization & Sale: Do you have an item that was custom-made especially for you? Or did you get a good deal in the Sale? Please note that these items cannot be returned.
As soon as your return is received and approved by us, we will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible. Usually, you will have it in your account within a few days, but no later than 14 days after receipt. We use the same payment method you used for your purchase.
