2. Right of withdrawal (consumers) 

As a consumer, you have the right to revoke your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After revocation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, back. The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (B2C). For business customers (B2B), the right of withdrawal is excluded. 

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal 

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products: 

  • Custom-made and personalized products, specifically manufactured according to your wishes
  • Products specially made to order
  • Sale items
  • Second-chance items (e.g., showroom models, returned or slightly damaged products)
  • Products that can no longer be sold as new due to use, assembly, or damage

These exclusions are in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, provided they are clearly communicated in advance. 

4. Conditions for returns 

Returns will only be accepted if the product is: 

  • Unused
  • Completely undamaged
  • Not assembled or put into use
  • Returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible

Damaged products will not be accepted for return. 

5. Depreciation & Abuse 

If a returned product is: 

  • Damaged
  • Shows signs of use
  • Has been assembled
  • Not returned complete

Blitzdeco reserves the right to: 

  • Completely refuse the return, or
  • Deduct a depreciation from the amount to be refunded

Damage incurred after receipt by the customer is the customer's responsibility. In case of clear abuse of the right of return, Blitzdeco may refuse further returns. 

6. Return procedure 

Returns must be reported in advance via email: Info@blitzdeco.com Please provide: 

  • Name
  • Order number
  • (Optional) Reason for return

After registration, you will receive return instructions. 

7. Return costs 

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly. In that case, Blitzdeco will fully reimburse the return costs. 

8. Refund 

After receipt and inspection of the return, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

9. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery or has been delivered incorrectly, please report this within 48 hours of receipt via Info@blitzdeco.com, preferably with photos, so that we can resolve this for you free of charge.
